Having collected house plans as a 10 year old, it is no surprise that Katy has found her passion selling real estate in her hometown!

 

Katy was born and raised in the Jackson/Madison County area. She earned a bachelor's degree in business, majoring in banking and finance at Mississippi State University. After completing college, Katy and her husband Woody moved back home to Tennessee to raise a family of their own. Katy began her career as an NAR Member in the summer of 2016.

 

She often describes her real estate career as something I never knew I always wanted to do! Being a West Tennessee native, Katy has a vast knowledge of the area and its markets. One of her favorite aspects of being a NAR Member is making lasting connections with the clients she comes in contact with and knowing that she has been an integral part of helping them with one of the most important decisions they will ever make.

 

Her ability to help her clients understand the buying and selling process through every step of a transaction is key to providing superior customer service. When she's not working, Katy enjoys spending time with her husband and their three daughters, making memories on their family's century-old farm in northeast Madison County.
